Mobility & Flexibility Class

This class is designed to meet everybody where they are. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, navigating age-related changes, or simply looking for a slower, more mindful way to move, this class offers modifications and hands-on support to make movement accessible and rewarding.

Drawing on her background in psychology, bodywork, and years of teaching across populations — from competitive athletes to older adults and individuals with special needs — Claire brings a patient, attentive approach to each session. The class draws on a range of techniques, including yoga, meditation, and movement principles informed by her work in Neuromuscular Therapy, to build strength, ease, and confidence in the body. Poses and movements are adapted with chairs, walls, and props as needed, emphasizing breath, gentle movement, and building trust in your body rather than pushing it.

No prior experience is necessary. All bodies, all abilities, and all paces are welcome.

"Yoga is not about touching your toes. It's about what you learn on the way down." —

Judith Hanson Lasater
