We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment or class, as the time beforehand is often spent preparing your space with the same care we bring to every session.

Yes. Still & Strong Wellness operates from a private, in-home studio in East Brunswick. The exact address is shared once your appointment is booked.

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — this gives someone else on the waitlist a chance to grab that spot. 24+ hours' notice: No charge, no worries at all. Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the service price will be charged. No-show (first time): 50% of the service price will be charged. No-show (after that): 100% of the service price will be charged. Life happens, and I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations come up — if something's going on, just reach out and let's talk it through. For Massage Sessions (Relaxation, NMT, Prenatal, Signature) No special clothing is needed — most clients undress to their comfort level, and all areas are professionally draped throughout the session, with only the area being worked on ever exposed. Whatever you're most comfortable in (or not in) is completely fine.For Sports Massage Since sports massage often targets specific muscle groups more actively, we recommend wearing (or bringing) comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear — like shorts or leggings and a tank top — that allows easy access to the areas being treated without needing to fully undress. This is especially helpful if you're coming from a workout or training session.For Mobility & Flexibility Classes Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows a full range of movement — think leggings, athletic shorts, or joggers with a fitted top. Bare feet or grip socks are recommended, as classes are done without shoes.

Yes. We offer a children's relaxation massage designed specifically for younger clients, with a parent or guardian required to remain in the room throughout the session.Massage can offer real benefits for children — not just as a treat, but as a genuine tool for wellbeing. For active kids and young athletes, it can help ease muscle tension from sports, growth spurts, or simply high-energy days. For children who experience anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or difficulty regulating their bodies — including children with special needs — gentle, predictable touch in a calm environment can be soothing and grounding. It can also simply be a wonderful way to help a child slow down, rest, and reconnect with their body in a safe, supported setting.Every session is adapted to the child's comfort level and needs, with pacing, pressure, and communication tailored accordingly — and with a parent or guardian present the entire time.

We do not currently accept insurance directly. As a small, home-based practice, we've chosen to keep sessions simple and personal rather than tied to insurance billing requirements — which often limits coverage to medically prescribed treatment rather than the full range of wellness and sports-focused care we offer. If needed, we're happy to provide a receipt for your records, which you may be able to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
