Meet Claire
Claire is a licensed massage therapist based in East Brunswick, NJ, specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy and sports massage. She trained at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine under Mark Carangelo, LMT, Director and Instructor — experience that included working alongside athletes who now play in the NFL and shaped her clinical, results-driven approach to bodywork.
Her path into massage was shaped by a background in psychology and a deep belief in the body's natural ability to heal and restore balance. She previously taught yoga at Hush Studio and Diesel Athletic Academy, working with a wide range of practitioners — from competitive athletes to older adults and clients with special needs — an experience that continues to inform how she approaches movement, breath, and recovery in her bodywork.
French-American and a U.S. resident for over 20 years, Claire is also a mother of four and an avid gardener, growing much of her own food and herbs on her half-acre homestead. She brings the same care and attention to her sessions that she puts into growing and making things with her own hands. Her goal is simple: to help clients feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in their bodies.
About Us
Still & Strong Wellness was built on a simple belief: the body knows how to heal, and our job is to support that process — with skill, patience, and care.
We offer Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and small-group Mobility & Flexibility classes to a wide range of people — from competitive athletes to older adults, expecting mothers, children, and individuals with special needs. No matter what brings you here, our approach stays the same: thoughtful, hands-on attention tailored to your body and your goals.
This is a home-based practice, and that's intentional. Sessions take place in a private, in-home studio surrounded by the garden and permaculture potager you'll see throughout this site — a space shaped by the same care we bring to every treatment. It's a quieter, more personal way to experience wellness, rooted in a home rather than a clinic.
